Workforce Group, a Human Resource and Business Consulting firm has urged organisations to invest in their employees by equiping them with the skills required to thrive in the future.

The group made the appeal recently during its third yearly learning and development leaders’ conference held in Lagos.
While speaking on ‘Building A Future-Fit Workforce Through Organisational Learning Agility’, Chief Executive Officer of Avon Healthcare, Adesimbo Ukiri said that organisations must be agile to equip their employees with a variety of skills for jobs that do not exist today if they are to thrive in the future of work.

With the theme, ‘The Future is Now: Learning and Development as a Catalyst for Shaping the Future of Work and Organisational Performance’ the event attracted learning and development heavyweights across broad spectrum of industries and sectors.
