Firm bags leadership awards
Future Concerns Nigeria Limited (FCNL) has bagged two leadership awards at the 2022 Shell Leaders and Contractors Chief Executive Officer (CEO) conference.
The CEO leadership charter awards were based on Wellness and Care; Leadership Commitment and Leaners Mindset.
Acknowledging the awards, Chairman, Future Concerns Group, Anthony Oguike, said FCNL strives to bridge the gap between knowledge, leadership and learning.
He said the firm also achieved results by empowering young vibrant and veteran professionals with leadership skills and values that would help them make long-lasting strides and contributions to society.
He said: “We insist on not just professionalism and excellence as a habit, but integrity, happiness, knowledge, commitment, honesty, and innovation. Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other, which is what drives us to collaborate and to innovate solutions for our clients.”
Oguike thanked Shell for the awards and for providing industry-relevant training through the years. He assured Shell of better performance moving forward.
Also, the firm acknowledged its Chief Operating Officer (COO), Future Concerns Safety Centre, Eunice Ekwenugo, for putting in 25 years of meritorious service at the group.
