The Healthcare Federation of Nigeria (HFN) has elected four new leaders to its executive committee. The election births a new tenure for the HFN following the handover of office by the past executives at the organisation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held virtually.

The newly elected President, Dr. Pamela Ajayi, said: “Over the past six years under the leadership of Mrs. Clare Omatseye, the HFN has made tremendous strides and recorded great successes, setting the tone for the incoming executive council. I believe we have just elected the right team to move the federation and indeed Nigeria’s healthcare sector forward through innovation, collaboration and strategic partnerships. I am confident in this team’s capacity to deliver on the HFNs mandate for the next 2 years”.

Ajayi is the Founder/Managing Director of Synlab Nigeria (Formerly PathCare). An experienced physician, multi-disciplinary administrator, technocrat, and award-winning entrepreneur, Ajayi has a great record of excellence in management and purpose-oriented leadership.

Mrs. Njide Ndili, was also elected Vice President of the association while Mr. Adeyemi Adewole emerged as the Financial Secretary. Mr. Kolapo Fapohunda is the new Publicity Secretary of the association.
