Ikorodu Chamber of Commerce and Industry has appointed Temitope Oluwaleye as its new Director-General.

Oluwaleye, who was the Public Relations Manager of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), assumed office of the Ikorodu chamber as its new Director-general with immediate effect.

Oluwaleye started his career at the Oyo Civil Service Commission, traversing the banking industry as well as the media industry.

He was at different times, the Business Editor of National Daily, The Westerner and New Age newspapers, while also working in a senior capacity at the Source magazine, Anchor newspaper and defunct Comet Newspaper.

Oluwaleye holds a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan, a Bachelor’s degree in English Language at the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University, as well as a Certificate from the Entrepreneurial Development Institute in India.

Oluwaleye is happily married with children.
