Airebamien said the lecture was geared towards assisting participants to redefine their perspective on accountability as well as corporate and public settings in line with best global practices.
She said: “This gathering is remarkable in the history of ICPSP, it is an attestation to the fact that the institute is rapidly expanding in bounds, population, popularity, and professionalism. A feat we achieved through unrelenting hard work, improvement in professional practices, and contribution to national development.”
She urged the inductees to uphold the objectives and principles of the institute, to enable them actualise their mission and vision statements sooner than expected.
She added by 2022, the institute will commence the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) professional examination scheme, which consists of optional and mandatory courses through state coordinators.
On his part, Chairman of ICPSP national conference, Ganiu Adebayo, said: “We are using this conference to educate the inductees on the need to be agents of accountability, change, transparency, and restructuring, without violating the core principles of the institute.”
Adebayo urged them to be accountable and act in a good manner, stressing that in whatever they do; they must not tarnish the image of the institute.
