
Adele won unopposed in an election, which took place at Alhaji Lateef Jakande Auditorium Alausa recently.
Other contestants who won their various position are Mojisola Shenkoya as Vice Chairman, Mariam Afolabi-General Secretary, Teniola Osoba-Legal Adviser, Ronke Olajumoke-Treasurer, Bisola Junaid-Social Secretary. Others are, Paul Onojote as Publicity Secretary, Abraham Olusegun-Financial Secretary, Mutiat Akinsanya- Welfare, Idris Onisiwo- Auditor and Monisola Akanni-Ex-Officio.
PASAN is an umbrella association for staff of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Service Commission, the State Houses of Assembly and the States Assembly Service Commission in the Federation.
Earlier, Clerk of the House, Olusegun Abiru said the officers elected should be able to improve on the existing welfare package of the Lagos State House of Assembly which has been commended in recent past.
Abiru who was represented by Director Legal Drafting, Mr. Sikiru Ojora, further stated that the Assembly would continue to support the Association to attain greater heights in her quest for progress.
Members of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Ministry of Establishment, Training and Pension, National body of PASAN and Nigeria Civil Service Union, supervised the election.
