PANA Holdings has appointed Dr Sylvia Agbamuche-Maduka as Vice President of Global Business Services. As a seasoned corporate communications and human resource professional,Agbamuche-Maduka brings over 20 years of experience across multiple industries, including oil and gas, development, financial services, technology and global consulting.

In her new role, Agbamuche-Maduka will leverage her expertise in HR strategy, corporate governance, stakeholder management and regulatory compliance to drive business growth and innovation.

With her extensive experience, PANA aims to enhance its global business services and maintain its position as a leading global enterprise. Before her appointment, Agbamuche-Maduka served as General Manager of Corporate Services at Falcon Corporation Limited, where she led strategic initiatives, including the establishment of Optimera Energy, a key player in energy solutions. She also developed the company’s corporate communications strategy.

Agbamuche-Maduka’s career spans multiple industries, including significant HR and administrative roles at Vetiva Capital Management Limited, Leading Edge Consulting and Business Software Development.She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Lagos and an MBA specialising in employee relations from the University of Leicester, UK.

She has completed executive training at prestigious institutions such as Cambridge University, Lagos Business School, and the Human Capital Institute (HCI), focusing on business sustainability, workforce planning and strategic leadership.
