The prestigious accolades highlight QNET’s Green Legacy Programme, its fight against plastic pollution through a partnership with VeryNile, and the launch of the Bernhard H. Mayer OMNI Watch, a luxury timepiece crafted with sustainable materials.

The QNET Green Legacy Programme, which earned a Silver Stevie® Award, is a sustainability initiative aimed at reforestation and reducing carbon footprints. As part of the programme, QNET has pledged to plant a tree for every OMNI Watch sold an initiative that has resulted in the planting of over 16,000 trees worldwide. This long-term effort reflects QNET’s vision for proactive environmental responsibility.
Also, QNET’s collaboration with VeryNile was recognised for its environmental impact in cleaning one of the world’s most polluted waterways. The initiative has successfully removed over 5,000 kilograms of plastic waste from the River Nile, while also supporting local fishermen and artisans who repurpose collected plastic into usable products creating economic opportunities and promoting a circular economy.
The Bernhard H. Mayer OMNI Watch, which also received a Silver Stevie® Award, integrates sustainability into luxury watchmaking. Crafted with recycled stainless steel, RCS-certified thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) straps, and eco-friendly packaging, the OMNI Watch aligns with the growing demand for ethical and sustainable luxury products. In line with QNET’s Green Legacy Programme, every OMNI Watch sold contributes to global reforestation efforts.
