Ehi formally known as Ochigbo Mercy Ehikowoicho is a Nigerian recording artist, singer, song writer and performing act. The Benue State, Nigeria born afro pop talent officially kicked her musical career in the year 2018.

Debuting and working on her craft since becoming a professional musical artist in 2018 gave birth to the release of her first official single titled “One Chance” which immediately grants her instant recognition among the Nigeria music elites and since then she has continued to impress with every single while maintaining the unique blend of Alternative Afro pop vibe and sometimes RnB.

The Nigeria born pop star, Ehi started music at a very young age, capturing the crowd with her unique voice and aura for stardom. Her ambition has led her into the mastering the alternative music genre.

As a student of Benue state university, the pop singer is one of those rare cases of talented people who choose to pursue their passion as career path along side getting an education, thus the talented singer is been advertised in the Nigeria music industry as one of the most prominent fast rising stars in the business.

Already making a name for herself and not only on the street but amongst some of the A list celebrities.

According to the singer, she grew up loving music, and would often find herself singing and composing music as a source of peace and hence given the name ‘Peace of mind’ as her latest Ep project which is rumored to be ready and will be released soon.

The talented act is signed to BiGsal Entertainment and is propelled as the front artist for the talent stronghold.

In early 2021 Ehi celebrated a turning point in her blossoming career as she achieved main stream recognition with her record hit track ‘One Chance’ which recorded over fifty five thousand streams across available digital music stores, a spike in social media recognition and a cult following that have since continue to grow in the thousands and the song enjoys lots of positive and favorable reception from pundits, fans and music lovers.

Although it is not certain when the alternative afro pop album will be released for public consumption but it has been made official by the Ehi camp that the project is ready and the title is ‘Peace of mind’.
