Influencing important to Nigerian economy, ReginaldKelechi says

 Amarachi ReginaldSocial Media influencer, Amarachi Reginald has said that the profession has seen significant growth in recent times and now a major contributor to Nigeria’s economy.

She stated that the influencer marketing industry in Nigeria is quite lucrative, with practitioners earning below N500,000 to N5 million Naira per sponsored post, which is dependent on their level of influence, specific industry, the influencer’s niche, and their level of engagement with their audience.

She however added that influencing takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and patience, as well as the ability to adapt to changes in the industry.

“With the rise of social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, influencers have been able to leverage their online presence to promote products and services, and earn a living through brand partnerships and collaborations,” she said.

ReginaldKelechi is set to launch her first physical fashion store in July, which would be located in Lekki, Lagos.

“I am super happy and excited that people will wear my stuff and when they are asked, they will say I’m wearing AR. For me, it’s proof of years of determination and consistency.

“I started my own brand in 2019 also, called Ar Accessoriez. We deal on everything swim wears and we’ve operated an online store since inception. What’s Next for me is that by July 2023, Ar Accessoriez is growing from being just an online store to opening her walk-in store in the heart of Lekki, Lagos. And this time around, we’re not only going to sell swim wears but also female outfits,” she said.

ReginaldKelechi, who was born in Kaduna, is currently working on producing her next blockbuster movie where she plans to feature some Nigerian A lists celebrities like Chidi Mokeme and Nancy Isime.
