In an inspiring bid to nurture emerging talents and foster collaboration in the Nigerian music industry, Jc T Why hosted a dynamic 3-day music camp in Lekki, Lagos. The event brought together a vibrant blend of creatives for an immersive experience centered around innovation, mentorship, and music-making.
With four fully operational studios running simultaneously, the camp created an energetic atmosphere that encouraged real-time collaboration and spontaneous creativity. The lineup included over 50 participants—among them 10 music producers, 5 sound engineers, 10 seasoned songwriters, and 10 expert instructors.
Across the three days, more than 30 original songs were recorded, serving as a testament to the power of structured collaboration and intentional talent grooming. Powered in part by RhythmX, the Jc T Why Music Camp stands out as a forward-thinking initiative, setting a new benchmark for talent development and collaborative innovation in Nigeria’s evolving music space.
Speaking about the vision behind the camp, Jc T Why said, “This camp was birthed from a desire to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. I wanted to create a space where young creatives could not only learn and collaborate but also leave with tangible results and new connections that can shape their future in music.”
