A statement by the Alapinni-Oje, Alagbado Tomia, Lagos State, High Chief Jimoh Balogun, said eminent personalities will attend the ceremony from across the globe, including traditional rulers, Awori obas and baales, political office holders, top government functionaries, business executives, among others.
