Bilaad Realty Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Emmanuel Bassi Usman as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a strategic leadership transition aimed at sustaining growth and continuity within the company.

Dr. Usman, who brings more than two decades of cross-industry experience, joins Bilaad Realty with a track record in business transformation, strategic leadership, and impact-driven growth. The company said his appointment is part of a structured succession plan designed to strengthen its operations and long-term vision.

The announcement coincides with a change in the role of Engr. Aliyu Aliyu, who served as CEO for seven years. Engr. Aliyu, credited with expanding Bilaad’s presence in Nigeria’s real estate market and establishing the company as a recognized name for innovation and community-focused developments, will assume the position of Executive Director. In this new role, he will continue to guide the company’s strategic direction.

Bilaad Realty has, over more than a decade, built a portfolio of sustainably designed homes, planned estates, and client-focused developments. Its projects range from villas to modern apartments, incorporating features such as smart home automation, alternative power solutions, and green community spaces.
