Lagos-based brand communication agency, Transpose Communications, is drawing attention at Gitex Nigeria 2025 for its growing portfolio of international partnerships designed to strengthen brand penetration across African markets.
At the centre of these efforts is a collaboration with Mitsumi Distribution, a global IT distribution company, which the agency says will help both African and international brands deepen their presence in the region.
Speaking at the event, Ibizugbe Righteousness Peter, widely known as Bright Peter, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Transpose Communications Services Ltd., explained that the company’s mission is to create strategies that connect brands with African consumers in culturally relevant ways.
“Our partnership with Mitsumi Distribution is one of many to help both homegrown and international brands connect with Africa’s dynamic and diverse audience,” he said. “We offer tailored advertising strategies that don’t just sell products and services but build cultural connections.”
Since its official launch in March 2023, Transpose Communications has worked with a mix of local and international clients, delivering campaigns for brands such as GAC Motors, Alibaba, Yiwu Market, Global Accelerex, Guaranty Trust Bank, Nasco Foods, Puma, Techno Oil, and Mobil. The company recently expanded its services through the creation of Transpose Outdoor Media and Technologies Ltd., focusing on out-of-home advertising across billboards, transit, and other outdoor platforms.
Reflecting on the agency’s growth, Bright Peter noted that its work is shaped by a broader vision.
“We saw a gap between how international brands viewed Africa and how Africans wanted to be engaged. Our agency is filling that gap by crafting advertising solutions that are fresh, culturally relevant, and globally competitive,” he said.
Gitex Nigeria 2025 has provided a stage for Transpose to demonstrate how partnerships can serve as vehicles for knowledge exchange, creativity, and market entry. The agency’s growing influence signals its positioning as more than a service provider, but as a strategic partner for companies aiming to thrive in Africa’s expanding consumer market.
“With Africa emerging as the next frontier for business expansion, our role is to ensure brands don’t just operate here but thrive by connecting authentically with the people,” Bright Peter added.
