Ndukwe Challenges Ubah’s Victory At Tribunal
THE All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for the Anambra South Senatorial District in the March 28 National Assembly election, Dr. Ernest Ndukwe has filed a petition at the election petitions tribunal in Awka challenging the declaration of the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Mr. Andy Emmanuel Uba, as winner of the election by the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC).
