CONTROVERSY is brewing if indeed, the self-styled freedom fighters in the Niger Delta, the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND), actually attacked a Shell/Chevron crude oil pipeline in River State at the weekend, which could put to test the amnesty and it's peace.
