WHEN 25-year-old Ben Daniel arrived for the first time at the ever-busy Oshodi Bus Stop from Tiv in Benue State, he was welcomed with ear-splitting sounds from plethora of equipment that dotted the boisterous bus stop.
On getting to No. 10, Ogun Street, where his uncle lived, he thought he would, at least, have a sound and uninterrupted sleep after a day's journey. Little did he know his ears would be bombarded with generating sets from neighbours throughout the night?
