THE Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police command has confirmed the arrest of Honourable Emmanuel Odiniya over alleged assault on his daughter , Miss Ilebaye Odiniya, winner of the 2023 season of a popular Television reality show , Big Brother Naija.
