In celebration of its 10 years anniversary, WIP Africa- a real estate company, visited some schools in Lagos where they distributed learning materials to students.

The team visited Immaculate Heart Senior High School, Maryland, and Mende Senior High School, Lagos, where they enjoined the students to be focused and always believe in themselves.

The event was aimed at making students realise the possibilities that lie within them despite their circumstances.

The co-founder, Mr. Tade Cash, gave an example of how he was raised in a one-room apartment with six siblings and two parents, hawked bread before school each day, yet came out tops in his endeavours; making his first million dollars at the age of 28 through real estate. 

This inspired the students as they asked questions and shared their learning points from the conversation. The 100 selected pupils were given school bags and other stationery items.
 
The theme for the day was: “There is no potential in any student that is not in every student.” The group urged the students to strive for the best and not be carried away with worldly things.
