A Federal High Court, Lagos has granted an interim order attaching funds due to Fas Multifacet Company Limited and its promoters, Laisi Fashanu, Segun Fashanu and Dunni Fashanu in any financial institutions in Nigeria to debt recovery claim filed by Asset Mangement Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON).

The trial judge, Okon Abang also ordered AMCON to possess all their properties, moveable and immoveable comprising buildings, fixtures, vehicles and any other chattels belonging to them pending the hearing of the debt recovery claim filed by Chief Robert Ohuoba on behalf of AMCON.

Justice Abang ruled: “All that piece of parcel of land situate, lying and being along Owo/Ifon express road, Ori-Oghene-Ifon the same measuring approximately 20.102 Hectares which is more particularly described and edged red on survey plan number AJ/OD2 004/092 dated March 1, 2004 and delineated by survey pillar number SC/OD B2663, SC/OD B2664C, SC/OD B2665C and SC/OD B2665C on the said Survey plan prepared by E.A Aje surveyor of 20 Champion Fanibi road, Iralepo layout off, Ilesa road Akure attached to this document.”

Other properties attached included a parcel of land at 785 Somide Odujirin Avenue, Omole phase 2, Ikeja, Lagos and parcel of land in Km 5, Ifon-Akure road, Orin-Ohin, Ondo State as well as any other of thier landed or properties in any place they may be found within the jurisdiction of the federal high court.
