Beat maker Sheyman has strated the New Year with the opening of another multi-million naira studio in the serene environment of Lekki, Lagos. The music studio is loaded with state of the art production and music equipment and other recording gadgets for modern day music making. The singer is also positioned to push the Phatbase brand to another level, as he announced plans to venture into property business.

According to Sheyman, the brand name “Phatbase now has a broader scope with inroads into other spheres of life aside entertainment business.”

The Paper crooner recently teamed up with private investors to birth the Phatbase Property & Construction Company, a subsidiary of Phatbase International LLC. The construction company deals with the sale of luxury homes and other forms of construction services.

As part of plans lined up to usher in the New Year, Sheyman has acquired a brand new Range Rover Vogue 2015 Autobiography. Car experts and other automobile dealers put the cost of the wonder-on-wheels at a whooping sum of £91,550.
