Ariana Grande To Pay Ex-husband $1.25 Million As Divorce Settlement
Pop sensation Ariana Grande’s divorce from Dalton Gomez has reached a final settlement, with the court ordering Grande to pay her ex-husband $1.25 million.
The legal proceedings, which have drawn considerable media attention, mark the end of their three-year marriage.
According to court documents, Grande is ordered to pay her ex-husband a sum of $1.25 million in spousal support.
The settlement, which took effect recently, also includes Grande making a one-time payment to Gomez, with no future alimony planned.
She will also cover half of the proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles home and up to $25,000 toward his attorney’s fees.
The couple had no children and had agreed upon the terms of their settlement last October, following a pre-nuptial agreement.
This agreement allowed for a swift and straightforward legal process, culminating in the recent finalization of their divorce.
Grande, who has been in the spotlight since her teenage years, continues to thrive in her professional life.
Her latest album, “eternal sunshine,” released on March 8, 2024, delves into themes of love, loss, and betrayal. The album’s lyrics have sparked conversations, with some speculating that tracks like “bye” and “i wish i hated you” hint at infidelity in her past relationship.
She is also set to star as Glinda in the upcoming two-part film adaptation of the beloved musical “Wicked” alongside Cynthia Erivo.
