A renowned music icon Sean “Diddy” Combs, also known as Puff Daddy, has been accused in a new lawsuit of dangling a woman from a 17th-floor balcony during an alleged confrontation in 2016.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles by fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, claims the incident occurred at the residence of Diddy’s then-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura.

The 54-year-old rapper, who has faced multiple allegations in the past, is already embroiled in over two dozen lawsuits, including claims of sexual assault, witness intimidation, and drugging.

According to the suit, Ms Bongolan was at Cassie’s home when Diddy allegedly forced his way in, shouting and banging on the door.

The fashion designer, who was on the balcony at the time, claims the rapper confronted her and allegedly molested her before picking her up and holding her precariously over the balcony edge.
The lawsuit paints a picture, stating that Ms Bongolan, weighing just 100 pounds, fought back in a bid to avoid what could have been a fatal fall.

It further alleges that Cassie intervened, prompting Diddy to pull Ms Bongolan back, but not without slamming her onto patio furniture in the process.

Reacting to the lawsuit, Diddy’s representative firmly denied the allegations, stating, “He has unwavering faith in the facts and in the fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will come to light.”

“Anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have,” the representative told BBC.

Ms Bongolan’s lawsuit accuses Diddy of terrorising her throughout their professional relationship, which reportedly began when he approached her for collaborations on a clothing line and album art. She is seeking $10 million in damages, citing years of threats, intimidation, and abuse.
