In its sixth week, “Reel Love” pulled in ₦13.3 million, pushing its total earnings to ₦328 million. The romantic drama continues to enjoy strong support in cinemas.
“Marvel’s Captain America: Brave New World” also remained on the chart, earning ₦10.6 million over the weekend and bringing its total to ₦393.2 million.
“In the Lost Lands” added ₦8.1 million in its third week, with its cumulative earnings now at ₦58.2 million.
Another new release, “The Artifact”, debuted with ₦6 million, making it the sixth highest-grossing film of the weekend.
Industry watchers say the weekend numbers show Nigerians are still turning up for both local and international films, even as the cinema space continues to compete with streaming platforms and rising ticket costs.
