Music stars, Janet and Randy Jackson have been slammed with a lawsuit for N109,101,000 ($300k) by a former manager, Danny O’Donovan claiming they didn’t pay him for his services.
In the legal documents filed by O’Donovan, he claims Janet and Randy hired him in July 2016 to be the tour manager for the “State of the World Tour.”
According to the documents, the Jacksons agreed to pay him N9,091,750 ($25k) per month and he ended up working for 17 months.
He goes on to say that they paid him each month for the first five months but defaulted with the payments when it stopped afterwards. He, however, claims that he completed his duties over the remaining 12 months and therefore is owed a balance of N109,101,000 ($300k).
TMZ reports it has since reached out to the Jacksons but no word from them yet.
