Soya Manchurian is a popular dish in Indian Chinese cuisine. Here is a recipe for making Soya Manchurian at home:

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup soya granules
    • 1/4 cup corn flour
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Oil for frying
    • 2 cups finely chopped onions
    • 1 cup finely chopped bell peppers
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon red chili sauce
    • 1 teaspoon vinegar
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix together the soya granules, corn flour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper.

2. Add water as needed to make a thick batter.

3. Heat oil in a pan and drop Spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry the soya granules until they are golden brown and crispy.

4. In a separate pan, heat some oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until they are softened.

5. Add the soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, and sugar to the pan and stir well.

6. Add the fried soya granules to the pan and stir to coat them in the sauce.

7. Add water as needed to make the sauce thicker or thinner to your liking.

8. Serve the Soya Manchurian with rice or noodles.
