Ayodele Donye Samson, founder of E4luxury Jewellers, arguably one of the topmost jewellery design brands in Nigeria, has revealed the cost of being touted as the best among his peers.

The E4luxury Jewellers CEO converted his passion to work five years ago when he flouted the company.

It was a dream he had carried for many years, since childhood, although he only had one or two things about wanting to appear glamorous fashionable. After his compulsory one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2014, he began to take steps in the direction of becoming the undisputed jeweller in the world’s most populous black nation.

Speaking in a recent interview, the Mass communication graduate of Lead City University in Ibadan, Oyo State, explained the rigorous training he underwent to be the among other competitors in Nigeria.

“In order to be a competent jeweller, acquisition of the trade’s cogent skill is imperative, and that’s learning the works of a goldsmith which is really hard. It’s a great advantage to possess the skill because it stands you out among your peers” the founder of E4luxury Jewellers said.

The E4luxury Jewellers boss underscored that talent is never enough, stressing that other things he does to remain one of the most sought-after jeweller by celebrities and highly-placed individuals in the society.

“I tried to stay diligent and I challenge myself every time by leaving my comfort zones and facing new tests and tasks. These have been pivotal to the company’s rapid growth”, stated the humble founder of E4luxury Jewellers .

The company’s visioner, who narrated how he gathered the crucial sales experience on the job, said he had to pick up a sales job in a related sector for first-hand know-how.

“I had a modest beginning as an affiliate marketer of jewellery products in 2014 in Ibadan. I had worked hard to grow the business. My effort was rewarded as E4Luxury has now captured a sizable market share”, Ayodele Samson said.

For the top jeweller, after conquering the Nigerian market, the next mission is to be the best in Africa.

“The company’s vision is to be the best jewellery company in Africa and one of the best in the world. The goal is to have multiple outlets in the country and overseas,” said the head of E4luxury Jewellers.
