Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi has announced a new title for himself, telling fans to call him “Sir Eazi” after revealing his grey hair in a recent video.
In the video, the Afrobeats star and entrepreneur showed off strands of grey hair on his head and joked about his new title.
“From now on, you guys have to add ‘sir’ to my name. Because I am not anybody’s mate. So when you see me now, say ‘Sir Eazi,’” he said in the clip.
The video comes days after fans noticed his grey hair in recent videos and began speculating about the cause. While some suggested it could be stress, others playfully linked it to married life.
The singer married actress and fashion entrepreneur Temi Otedola in 2025. Their relationship had long been in the public eye before they tied the knot.
Over the years, they became one of Nigeria’s most talked-about celebrity couples.
The pair later held their wedding ceremonies across different locations. Their traditional wedding took place in Dubai, attended by family and close friends. They also had a white wedding in Iceland, which brought together loved ones in a more intimate setting.

Temi, the daughter of billionaire businessman Femi Otedola, has built her own career in fashion and film. She made her acting debut in Citation, a film by Kunle Afolayan, and has continued to grow her presence in the creative industry.
Beyond his marriage, Mr Eazi remains a significant figure in the African music scene. He gained prominence with his blend of Ghanaian high life and Nigerian Afrobeats, which he once described as “Banku music”. His breakout singles, including Skin Tight and Leg Over, helped him build a strong fan base across Africa and beyond.
In addition to his music career, he founded emPawa Africa, a talent incubation and funding platform designed to support emerging African artistes. Through the initiative, several young musicians have received grants, mentorship and exposure to global audiences.
Over the years, he has performed on international stages and collaborated with global stars, contributing to the growing recognition of Afrobeats worldwide.
