Recipes By Pam: Milk & Cookies

Milk and cookies. Cookies were one of the first items I ever baked, well rock cakes to be precise. Baking them brought me so much joy and over the years I tweaked my cookie recipe till it was perfect for me.
If you know me, you’ll know there’s nothing I love more than curling up with a nice plate of warm cookies and a glass of milk but then again, who doesn’t like milk and cookies??
Here’s my version of milk and cookies; these cookies make a perfect snack or dessert for every age.
