This 16 Year Old African American Insists She Is Caucasian
Teenage years are somewhat difficult in so many societies as they fight inner battles of choices to make in their lives in the trip to full adulthood. It is heartbreaking however when they have illusions as to their history and identity.
Treasure, a sixteen-year-old African American strongly believes that the colour of her skin is not what it really is. She only associates with people who are perfect like she is and according to her, those people are white people.
Treasure who was interviewed on a popular TV Show Dr Phil revealed that she thinks that white people do not have problems listing Jennifer Aniston, Kim Kardashian and Donald Trump as her role models. Monique the teenager’s mother has expressed concern and does not understand how her daughter is regarding herself as Caucasian even as a small child and also has racist perception against other African Americans.
Treasure insists “I am white,she (referring to her mother) might not know that I am white, I can feel it in my face and my blood.”
The teenager’s mother and brother Kendal stated that they are embarrassed as she publicly embarrasses and makes racist remarks against people her own kin(African-American).
She is not the only one to have this type of mentality. The lady below also believes she is white and sued her mother for showing up at her office
