Comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) early Friday morning in Beverly Hills, California.

According to TMZ, police received a call around 5:45 AM about a car stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive. When officers arrived, they found Haddish asleep at the wheel with the car still running. She was arrested and cited for DUI.

Haddish was released from custody later Friday morning. She is scheduled to appear in court on a date to be determined.

This is the second time Haddish has been arrested for DUI. In January 2022, she was arrested in Georgia after authorities said she was dozing off while driving.

Haddish has not yet commented on her arrest.
