Disney has finally given us a snippet of Beyoncé’s voice in a new trailer for its highly anticipated live-action remake of The Lion King.
The superstar plays Nala, and while this isn’t the first trailer for the upcoming film, set to arrive on July 19, it is the first trailer to feature Bey’s voice.
Donald Glover also stars in the film (although his voice work as Simba has not appeared in any trailers yet), alongside John Oliver, Seth Rogen, Eric Andre, Billy Eichner and James Earl Jones reprising his role as Mufasa.
Beyoncé took to Instagram on Sunday to post Lion King-inspired photos and a video of Blue Ivy lip-syncing to “Circle of Life.”
