Yhemolee Files N200 Million Lawsuit Against Lil Frosh
Adeyemi Idowu, professionally known as Yhemolee, has taken legal action against singer Lil Frosh, filing a N200 million defamation lawsuit. This move comes in response to recent public allegations made by Lil Frosh, who claimed Yhemolee slapped him for failing to greet him.
Yhemolee, expressing his innocence, shared details of the lawsuit via his Instagram handle. The actor revealed that the false accusations had subjected him to numerous death threats and tarnished his reputation. In a post captioned, “The past few days have been a whole lot,” Yhemolee shared a copy of the lawsuit and emphasized that it serves as a pre-action notice to Lil Frosh.
In the filed suit, Yhemolee outlines specific demands, including a public apology, a retraction of the allegedly false accusations, and a payment of N200 million in damages. The legal document states, “Take notice that you are to fully comply with the above demands within Fourteen (14) days from the date of your receipt of this letter, or from the day you are given constructive notice of the same.”
The suit further warns Lil Frosh, stating, “Take further notice that we have the definite instructions of our Client to commence legal proceedings against you if you fail, neglect, or refuse to comply fully with the demands articulated above.”
The development highlights the seriousness of the legal dispute between Yhemolee and Lil Frosh, with the actor taking legal measures to defend his reputation and seek redress for the alleged harm caused by the singer’s accusations. As the fourteen-day period unfolds, attention will likely focus on Lil Frosh’s response to the legal notice and whether the matter progresses to a formal legal proceeding.
