Ten people were feared dead while three others sustained injuries in an auto crash, which occurred at Itose area of the Oyo-Ibadan expressway at the weekend.

It was learnt that the auto crash involved a Toyota Hiace bus said to be coming from Sango Otta, in Ogun State.

According to a witness, the driver sharply veered off the road on sighting the FRSC officials and rammed into a filling station’s fence before heading into a deep ditch, an action which flung out most of the victims from the bus.

Confirming the story, the FRSC Public Relations Officer in Oyo State, Tunde Onijala said eight persons comprising four men, four women and two children lost their lives in the auto crash.
