ACPN Holds National Conference At Enugu

The Association of Community Pharmacists Of Nigeria (ACPN) and other stakeholders in the sector would from May 29 to June 3 meet at Enugu State, for its 35TH National Conference.

The Association of Community Pharmacists Of Nigeria (ACPN) and other stakeholders in the sector would from May 29 to June 3 meet at Enugu State, for its 35TH National Conference.

Themed “Manpower Development in Community Pharmacy Practice-Adopting Global Best Practices,” the event holds at the Nike Lake Resort, Enugu.

In a statement signed by the association’s National Publicity Secretary, Chima Agnellus Ogbu, the association said the opening ceremony, which will take place on Tuesday, May 31, would be chaired by Ifeanyi Okoye; the keynote address, delivered by CEO Smart Mark Ltd,Layi Gobir, while the Enugu State Governor, Lawrence Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, would be the special guest of honour.

He said there will be a sensitisation walk to raise awareness on cervical cancer and as well a novelty football match between the ACPN Team and the Enugu State NUJ.
