THE remains of Prof Folake Ogunleye (nee Adesina) were yesterday laid to rest at St James Cathedral Cemetery, Ijokodo Ibadan. 

Friends, associates and wellwishers had earlier attended a funeral service at Deeper Life Bible Church, Gbagi in the state capital.

The late Ogunleye, a native of Ipetumodu in Osun State, died on December 26, last year along Lagos Ibadan expressway at the age of 53.

In a sermon, Prof Chris Agwunami, who described death as irreversible, inevitable and inescapable at the due time, explained that it was appointed for man to die once, hence the need for everyone to prepare and be ready for eternity with the acceptance of Jesus Christ as lord and savior.
