As part of efforts to uplift lives in host communities, the management of Agip Oil, has donated relief items worth N100m to flood disaster victims in Rivers, Imo, Delta and Bayelsa states.

General Manager, District of the company Alessandro Tiani, yesterday, in Owerri, said they were touched by the flood disaster that displaced the people of the affected communities in the state. He was represented at the event by Mrs. Agness Akpireh, an official in the company.

Receiving the items, Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, represented by his Principal Secretary, Chukwuemeka Duru, commended Agip’s gesture, urging other corporate outfits to emulate the oil company in providing succour to the people.
