Air Peace has announced a 15 per cent discount on economy-class tickets for students traveling on its Nigeria-London routes.

The airline’s Head of Corporate Communications, Ejike Ndiulo, disclosed this in a statement on Monday, noting that the initiative aims to make international travel more affordable for students.

The statement read, “In a commitment to making air travel more accessible, the airline is extending its exclusive 15% student discount on economy-class tickets for flights between Nigeria and London, ensuring students can fly at reduced fares while enjoying world-class service.”

The discount applies to students pursuing higher education abroad, especially in the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and Canada.

“This offer presents an excellent opportunity for parents and students preparing for the summer return from school to Nigeria,” the airline stated. “By leveraging this discount, students enrolled in full-time educational programs at accredited institutions can enjoy significant savings on their travels,” it added.

According to the airline, eligible applicants must be 25 years old or younger and present a valid student ID, student visa, and an enrollment verification letter. The discounted tickets are available through Air Peace’s official website and are valid for one year from the date of travel.

The tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Students must upload their passport data page and supporting documents through the airline’s designated ‘student discount’ section on the website.

The statement also highlighted an ongoing promotional offer for other passengers. It allows travelers to save over N600,000 when connecting from any major domestic destination to London. Additionally, passengers on the route are entitled to one extra piece of free luggage.

“This special promo runs until March 31, 2025, with an extended travel period until April 15, 2025,” the statement added.
