Aregbesola holds last interactive session today

Outgoing Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, will tonight hold his last interactive programme, Ogbeni Till-Day-Break, from 10:00p.m.till 5:00a.m.

Outgoing Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, will tonight hold his last interactive programme, Ogbeni Till-Day-Break, from 10:00p.m.till 5:00a.m.

The programme is used as an opportunity for the people to interact with the governor, as he renders his stewardship and challenges faced by his administration in the last eight years.

Members of the public within and outside Nigeria have used the programme to directly interact with the governor on a wide range of issues of governance and development.

The state Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Adelani Baderinwa, disclosed this in a statement.

He recalled that the governor established the programe in 2011 in furtherance of his commitment to accountability and transparency.

“We are pleased to invite the general public; opinion molders, traditional rulers, religious bodies, civil society groups, labour movements, professional bodies, market men/women, political parties, artisans and other interest groups in the state to the live and uncensored programme,” the commissioner said.
