Philip Asiodu Institute has launched its inaugural essay competition for secondary school students.

The institute, in a statement, disclosed that the competition, themed: ‘Encouraging Patriotism and Nurturing Nigerian Leaders of Tomorrow’, is open to secondary school students nationwide.

The competition aims at identifying and encouraging young talents, and providing the winners with valuable mentorship and support to make significant impact on the future of Nigeria.

A representative of the competition team, ‘Yemi Adeyemi-Enilari, said those interested in participating in the competition should visit the institute’s website.

He disclosed that the essay competition started on Thursday, with topics revolving around the themes of patriotism, unity, diligence, integrity and discipline.

It was revealed that the winners of the competition will go home with prizes.

“These prizes will not only empower the winners themselves but also contribute to the development of their respective schools.”

Additionally, the best essays from the competition will be published on the official website of the Philip Asiodu Institute, providing a platform for wider exposure and shared learning,” Adeyemi-Enilari said.
