Backhome set to kick-off ‘Back Home Kids Naija’
Backhome Productions, a television and commercial production firm based in Los Angeles, California has concluded plans to kick off “The Back Home Kids Naija” project.
Prince Adewole Lipede, founder and owner of Backhome Productions, who resides in the United States, said there are plans to bring the Back Home kids project to Nigeria.
After a successful launch in the United States in 2019, he plans to sponsor a line of children’s books through the Back home Kids project aimed at expanding reading for kids and teaching them the importance of the Nigerian, African cultures and tradition.
He said the project was borne out of his realization that most Nigerian kids born in the diaspora barely know anything about their culture, tradition of where their parents originally came from.
The BackHome Kids Naija project is aimed at inculcating in Nigerian kids born outside the shores the cultural values of our tradition and customs.
