
Niger State Governor, Mohammed Bago, has rejoiced with the former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, on his 65th birthday.
Governor Bago, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, described El-Rufai as a great man whose ideologies were instrumental to the strength and growth of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Bago also appreciated El-Rufai for the remarkable role he played in the party’s successes in previous elections in the country, adding that El-Rufai has made a mark in Nigeria’s democratic history.

The governor acknowledged Nasir El-Rufai’s contributions to the growth and development of the FCT and Kaduna State, where he served the people with a strong sense of purpose.
Umaru Bago, while wishing the former Governor of Kaduna State long life and prosperity as he turns 65, stated that his wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors will continue to play a significant role in the nation’s growth.
He described El-Rufai as a man of honour and dignity who still has a lot to offer in Nigeria’s political landscape, noting that his desire and hunger for a greater Nigeria are second to none. He added that El-Rufai will continue to be a strong pillar in Nigeria’s political sphere.
