The 10-chapter book, described as complete compilation of outstanding knowledge in the field, seems a timely intervention in the area of learning and development – even as the world seeks new understanding – in the field of human development practice.

The authors, in a statement, proffer leeway to human capital development challenge, covering the whole gamut of training.

They took cognisance of training and learning processes, analyses, designs, implementation and delivery, as well as evaluation, e-learning and distance learning and the entire process.
