Bowen to host media executives

Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State, will tomorrow hold a media banquet for some media practitioners drawn from newspapers, radio, television houses and online media operators in the country.
 
Head, Protocol and Public Relations of the university, Toba Adaramola, who disclosed this, in a statement, at the weekend, said that top media practitioners expected at the occasions were the Zonal Director, Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Mrs. Lola Olorode; Zonal Director, National Broadcasting Commission, Ibadan, Raphael Akpan; Director General (DG), Osun Broadcasting Corporation, Rasheed Folaranmi; Chie Executive Officer (CEO), Rave FM, Osogbo, Femi Adefila as well as education editors from selected newspapers.
 
Bowen’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Joshua Ogunwole, who is the chief-host accompanied by other principal officers of the institution will use the occasion to thank the media for its support in the growth and development of the university.

The VC will also use the opportunity to reel out the university’s numerous success stories, particularly his three-year’s stewardship as a prelude to the school’s 17th convocation ceremony holding next month.
