Former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, along with his brother, Ahmad, pleaded not guilty on Thursday to charges of alleged contract fraud amounting to N19.4 billion.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arraigned Sirika, his brother, and a company owned by Abubakar–Enginos Nigeria Limited, on an amended 10-count charge related to the offense.
Sirika is accused of abusing his office by awarding contracts to his brother’s company, Enginos Nigeria Limited.
