President Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday night, received presidential aspirant and former Lagos State governor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, at his official residence in Abuja.
There was no prior notice about the visit, but it was learnt that Tinubu’s call was a follow up to earlier engagements between both.
Recall that the former Lagos State governor missed an Iftar dinner hosted by Buhari on April 26 to honour APC leaders.
Tinubu, who was away for the lesser Hajj (Umrah) at the time, was listed among 18 party leaders billed to attend the event.
Details of the closed-door engagement were still not available yesterday.
