Comfort Architectural Finishing Limited (CAF Ltd) and Elegushi Property Investment Company have commissioned Heritage Court 2, a 32-unit residential development in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

The project, located at Plot 13–20, Felicia Alarape Elegushi Street, off Kushenla Road, features four-bedroom terrace units designed and built by CAF Ltd. The company said the construction incorporates spatial efficiency, natural lighting, and ventilation to reduce energy use.

According to Oluwabusuyi Adonis Fakanlu, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of CAF Ltd, the objective was to develop housing that balances design and usability. “We wanted to create more than just houses — we envisioned a livable, lasting experience that blends style with practicality,” he said.

The estate is fully serviced with a dedicated transformer, a central water treatment system, an onsite gym, a recreation area, and parking facilities. CAF Ltd stated that the layout was designed to allow airflow and maximise daylight to improve indoor comfort.

Fakanlu noted that the collaboration with Elegushi Property Investment Company is an example of how partnerships between private developers and traditional landholding entities can facilitate large-scale housing delivery.

The opening of Heritage Court 2 contributes to the ongoing residential developments in Lekki Phase 1, an area where demand for mid- to high-density housing continues to rise alongside infrastructure expansion.
