The Praise God Ministry of Nigeria based in Ikotun, Lagos, has offered steps to combat the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) the world over.

In a statement issued by its General Overseer, Reverend Olanrewaju Adekanmi, the Church said whenever individuals or congregations meet, they should chant Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”

He cited 1 John 4:15, which says, “If anyone acknowledges that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God.”

Adekanmi advised victims of Covid-19 to chant 1 John 4:15 and 1 John 5:5, which states, “Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God,” saying such persons will be healed.

“This assures you that you will overcome all the problems of the world. To the victim, this is the prescription for healing and to the world, it is the prescription for prevention,” he stressed.

He also urged everyone to follow all medical prescriptions and counseling from the federal, state and local governments and to spread the ‘Miracle on the Tongue’ by teaching others, insisting however, that because of the hot and humid African weather, coronavirus could not thrive on the continent.
