Cleric empowers over 3,000 families, preaches patience, love, order
As part of efforts aimed at improving the quality of lives of Nigerians and addressing food insecurity, Prophet Isaiah Macwealth, renowned for his humanitarian efforts and leadership, hosted an impactful Open Pantry Day through his Ark of Light Food and Emergency Bank (ALFEB) in Ikeja, Lagos. Over 3,000 families benefited from the generous gesture of the cleric.
Held at the Ark of Light for all nations, essential items such as rice, beans, yams, pasta, clothing, and others were distributed.
These provisions served to alleviate the financial burdens faced by widows, single parents, retirees, and other vulnerable groups during the festive season.
Volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure the event went on smoothly, showcasing the power of community and the beauty of coordinated compassion.
Prophet Macwealth used the occasion to advocate for patience, love, and order as vital virtues for building a harmonious and prosperous society.
In his address, the cleric stressed the importance of cultivating patience, love, and order, not just at charitable events, but in everyday interactions; at bus parks, markets, schools, airports etc.
He reminded beneficiaries that true change begins with individuals making conscious effort to respect and care for one another, particularly during trying times.
He noted, “our nation is facing challenges, but we must resist the urge to succumb to fear and disunity. When we practice patience and promote order, we create spaces where love can thrive, and peace can take root in our hearts”.
The Open Pantry Day also included a business training session, equipping beneficiaries with tools to make informed decisions and improve their financial stability.
