A Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday struck out charges of non-declaration of assets against former Nigeria deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu.

The case was instituted against Ekweremadu, by the defunct Special Presidential Investigation Panel for the Recovery of Public Property.
